How much do we charge for delivery?
Delivery is free, For deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Northern / Southern Ireland and Channel Islands there is a delivery charge of £32.00 for orders of any value. We will charge you for the delivery only once for each order.
How quickly will I receive my order?
Goods are normally dispatched within 24 hours of receiving your order when items are in stock. However on some occasions you should allow up to five working days for delivery when stock is not available for dispatch. If there are further expected delays on your order customers will be notified by phone or email immediately. These products will be mailed directly to you from our distributors. Upon receipt of your order you will receive an email confirming your purchase.
Can I have goods sent to a different address?
If you pay by credit card we can only ship the goods to the address that the credit card is registered to. We can, however, ship goods to any address you choose if you pay by cheque or bank transfer.
Do we replace damaged or lost goods during transit?
Yes absolutely, please notify us immediately on receipt of any damaged goods and we will replace or refund the item.
1. Lost Packages
Even though packages are sent via reputable couriers, on rare occasions we do experience losses whilst in transit. If this occurs please allow 10 days for the package to arrive from the date of dispatch. If this time elapses and the products do not arrive, please contact us and we will be happy to assist in tracing your parcel or sending a replacement. Please be aware that if you do not contact us within10 days in relation to a lost package, an insurance claim cannot be made and thus you will be unable to claim any loss from Real Coffee Maker and you will not be entitled to any refunds.
If we send you a replacement and the original products are also delivered to you, you must return the original products to us within 13 days. We reserve the right to charge the price of the replacement item to the payment card used for the original order if you do not return the original item to us within 13 days of the date on which we confirm we will issue a replacement.
Faulty items
If your item is, or becomes faulty within the warranty period them please contact us. Make sure that the item is packaged correctly and safe before sending it back, we will not take responsibility if the item is damaged because of incorrect packaging. The item will then be assessed by ourselves and an overall decision may be made by the manufacturer as to what the fault may be. Real Coffee Maker cannot issue a refund if the customer is returning the product due to any other reason other than fault or within 7 days of receipt. We will happily send the item back to the manufacture and will take their opinion as to whether there is a fault with the particular product.
3. Cancelling and Returning an Order:
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery. This applies to all our products.
2. Availability
The purchase of all products displayed on this website are subject to availability. Prices of products may change from time to time. We confirm availability and price at the time your order is placed. If a product is subsequently unavailable when we come to dispatch your order or we are unable to supply the products, we will contact you either by phone or email as soon as possible.
3. Pricing Policy
All prices, including the prices subject to price promotions and special offers are valid for the period for which they are displayed on the site. However, once an order is placed we do not change the price of the product ordered and the price will always be confirmed prior to the completion of an order.

All order and dispatch confirmations will be sent to the email address you provide. In the unlikely event of a problem with your order, we will contact you by telephone.
